The Eagle County Clerk & Recorder's Office will conduct the Democratic, Republican and Libertarian primary election on Aug. 10. The election will be conducted solely by mail ballot; voters affiliated with one of the three participating parties will automatically receive a ballot in the mail within the next week. Any affiliated voter that has not received a ballot by July 26 should call 970-328-8725. Voter status can be checked online at the Secretary of State's website.

Voted ballots can be returned by mail or dropped at any of the Eagle County Clerk's Office locations in Eagle, Avon or El Jebel through 7 p.m. on Aug. 10. All three locations will offer replacement ballots and disabled access voting for the eight days prior to the election. Unaffiliated voters can also visit any location to affiliate and vote. More information and sample primary ballots can be found at www.eaglecounty.us.
