Spa Anjali at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Colorado's first eco-friendly spa - is celebrating Earth Day 2011 with a special Mother Earth Facial featuring the Eminence Organic Skin Care line.

Named after the metaphorical expression for the Earth and its biosphere as the giver and sustainer of life, this 50-minute facial features Stone Crop, a plant from the succulent family known for its ability to regenerate and firm up stressed skin, while also moisturizing and nourishing.

For every $150 Mother Earth Facial booked, Spa Anjali will donate $10 to Vail Valley's Walking Mountains Science Center, which strives to inspire environmental stewardship in the younger generation through educational programming. Spa guests will also receive a complimentary water bottle made from recycled materials.

Continuing the Earth Day celebration, Spa Anjali will debut a special Muddy Menu that celebrates springtime in the Colorado Rockies and the magnificent Eagle River. Available from April 22nd – to May 31st, the Muddy Menu will feature a therapeutic collection of healing muds from exotic locations that will balance your body and invigorate your planetary soul. Cost is $140 for a 50 minute Muddy Menu treatment.

Spa Anjali is located inside The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa at Beaver Creek Mountain, Colorado's first Silver LEED certified hotel, offering signature treatments inspired by the healing traditions of the mountains. To book an appointment, please call 970-790-3020 or visit www.spaanjali.com.
